I think this approach is fine. I must say having been doing this for years, treating hundreds and thousands of men I have been underwhelmed with the results with topicals. Injections can cause peaks and valley and I have many younger men inject twice a week that smooths out the peaks and valleys. I think it is appropriate to follow the advice of your primary doctor and endocrinologist. I have just seen too many men spend months or years with gels with sub optimal results. Many men are diagnosed with depression and are not really depressed (I have no idea if this applies to you), but the presumed depression is base dupon low T.
My recommendation would be to pursue this but if a few months pass and results are modest consider another approach. Pellets are one approach to have smooth levels of T and are placed every 4 months.
AndroGel (testosterone) for Hypogonadism, Male: "I am 33 was tested and had low t my results were 39 which is extremely low. I started on androgel two pumps made me very aggressive and I would snap and get angry so I went to 1 pump in the morning my sex drive went through the roof :) . After 6 wks I was tested the results were 432 that was exciting I also gained 15pounds I use to weigh 140 now I'm staying between 150-156 I am stronger more energy can think better but I do have my days that suck it's all part of the test now not everyone is going to have results like mine so keep trying to find what it is that works also if your eating poorly that maybe the reason also try to eat healthy and workout"
If you do not have the insurance and ask yourself “Where can I buy testosterone cheap?”, you should look for it online. Buy no prescription testosterone online, if you want to save money, but remember, that you should carefully check the pharmacy you're buying it from to avoid fraud and low-quality medications; though you can buy testosterone overnight in most of them, it is highly recommended to consult your doctor about how to get testosterone levels back to normal, before you try self-medication. And the last advice: you can look for testosterone reviews to determine which brand (or generic drug) is most suitable for you, according to its quality and cost.
